New Product Development

The Manager of New Product Development (MNPD) reports to the VP of Operations and is located in the Bethlehem manufacturing facility. As a former Plant Manager, the MNPD brings a wealth of manufacturing experience to the determination of equipment needs as well as the design and manufacture of tooling required to produce a customer’s item specific needs currently within Hygrade’s production capability; in addition, items not currently produced by Hygrade, but within production capability given capital requirements and an appropriate level of opportunity for a return on investment are also in his purview.
