Production Planning Team

The Production Planning Team reports to the VP of Operations located in the Mount Pleasant facility and includes a Materials Manager and Purchasing Manager. The Materials Manager has responsibility for raw material and finished goods production scheduling, interbranch transfers, MRP management for raw materials, development of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and also assists with both raw material sourcing, and inventory control and management. The Purchasing Manager has responsibility for raw material and finished goods product sourcing and procurement, new product and component sourcing, MRP management for purchased raw material and finished goods, and supports inventory control and management.
