Aluminum Roll Forming
Hygrade currently produces a considerable number of aluminum roll formed items for the Window and Door Industry, from Screen Frame to Muntin Bar, Spacer Bar, Patio Doors, etc. These items are available in a significant number of industry standard gauges, including thin gauges which are usually more difficult to produce. Hygrade has the capability to make and support aluminum roll formed shapes well beyond those currently produced for windows and doors and is willing to invest in the manufacture of items across a large swath of addition categories and industries. Hygrade has recently expanded into the production of Fence Stakes within the Agriculture Products Industry.
