Hygrade offers pre-cut to length and pre-cut and notched to customer specific requirements for both rectangular and contoured Muntin Bar. Notches are punched at predetermined locations along each length of the lineal and are burr-free cuts. Additionally, contoured Euromuntin is available pre-cut “fish mouthed” and pierced. These services are provided at no extra cost and allow you to minimize scrap, reduce labor, and increase productivity.
