With in-house tooling creation and repair capability, many of the new items developed at the request of Hygrade customers can and have been made on location in the Bethlehem facility. When the number of new items becomes so large that the time required to make new tooling becomes an issue, Hygrade is able to outsource tooling manufacture and repair to a network of highly experienced and capable tooling manufacturers with which the company has developed long-standing relationships.
