Randy Gottlieb joined Hygrade as CEO in 2018. In his nearly 30 years in the Building Materials industry, Mr. Gottlieb has led teams in Sales, Operations, and General Management. He started his career in consulting with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Booz Allen and Hamilton, and Tefen where he was responsible for significant process improvements in warehousing, pharmaceutical testing, and online banking. Mr. Gottlieb was both a General Manager and a Vice-President of Sales for Oldcastle’s Architectural Products Group focusing primarily on big box retail. Prior to Hygrade, Mr. Gottlieb managed a turn around as President of private-equity backed Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, a recycler of plastic and manufacturer of composite decking with a successful exit.
Mr. Gottlieb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University (OH) where he graduated with honors and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His interests are spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, and travel.
