Taylor Brandenburg is the Chief Financial Officer for Hygrade Components. Mr. Brandenburg is focused on our strategic, data-driven transformation and is responsible for the Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administration of the Company. Before becoming our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Brandenburg held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for JetPay Corporation (NASDAQ: JTPY) where he was responsible for the Company’s consolidated financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission and was a critical team member in the Company’s two buy-side acquisitions and sell-side acquisition by NCR Corporation. Mr. Brandenburg has 20 years of multi-discipline leadership experience with various companies.
Mr. Brandenburg began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
